Survey Builder tool released for public access - free for performance staff
We built a survey tool that performance staff loved by accident. Now we're giving it away for free.

I've heard countless stories of sport scientists and performance coaches struggling with athlete surveys: Google Forms duct-taped to spreadsheets, teams paying thousands for tools athletes don't open, even pen and paper.
When we ran our 2025 pilot programme, we built our survey tool as an afterthought. Clients liked it enough to ask if they could keep using it next season. When other teams started dropping their existing tooling to switch, we realised something was up. So we polished it, built a proper UI, and decided to give it away.
What you get
Ready-to-go templates — Pre-Game Readiness, Daily Wellness, Weekly Recovery — or build from scratch. Fifty-plus pre-configured factors across recovery, sleep, nutrition, wellbeing, and women's health. Surveys scheduled through WhatsApp with reminders and deadlines built in.

Why free
